Hi, I’m Ellie.

Welcome to Rise with Ellie! We’re a supportive community designed to help parents stay active, healthy, and motivated amid the daily adventures of raising children. Founded by Ellie, a mum of two and fitness enthusiast, Rise with Ellie is a space for parents to connect, get moving, and make time for self-care without compromising precious family moments. Our workouts are accessible, adaptable, and designed with parents (and their little ones) in mind, so you can prioritise your well-being and feel empowered.

Knowing firsthand how challenging it is to fit in a workout while juggling the demands of parenthood, I decided to start up Rise with Ellie – to make fitness an achievable, joyful part of parenting. Whether you’re exercising to lift your spirits, release stress, or find renewed focus, we’re here to cheer you on every step of the way. Embrace the energy, join the fun, and rise together with us!
